Letter of Recommendation
It is a pleasure to write this letter of recommendation for Michael
Brown. He is currently attending James A. Foshay Learning Center in Los
Angeles, California. Michael is involved with numerous programs including
NAI (Neighborhood Academic Initiative) at the University of Southern
California Campus. He shows a strong determination in all classroom
settings. He currently has a 3.5 and higher GPA. Michael also participates on
the Trinity Baptist Church Basketball team for the year 2018-2019. He
shows a strong ability to work as a cooperative team member and dedicated
player. He’s interested in learning and works very hard to do his best
performance at weekly practices and during game competitions. He worked
collaboratively with the other team members and coaches. He exhibited great
effort and showed wonderful leadership skills on and off the basketball court.
Based on Michael’s willingness, his determination to learn and succeed, I
strongly recommend Michael Brown to participate as a Technology student
at James A. Foshay Learning Center. This will be a wonderful opportunity for
him to further his academic achievement, expand his horizon, and learn and
network with others in a positive environment. If you have any questions,
please don’t hesitate to contact me at Trinity Baptist Church. The phone
number is (323) 735-0044.
Sincerely,
Elbert Irving III
Trinity Baptist Church Head Coach

Dear Human Resources,
I enthusiastically offer this letter in support of Michael Brown’s application for the summer internship in the Office of Technology. Michael was my intern in the Talent Acquisition department at Screen Actors Guild & American Federation Radio and Artist. I found him to be a creative and industrious student who showed a natural flair for human resources and technology, and unsurprisingly, he was the best intern I have experienced in the past five years.
Michael is an organizational whiz who can work on multi-layered tasks and balance multiple projects concurrently. Michael’s upbeat demeanor and can do attitude brightened the office and made him a very low maintenance intern. Michael is a naturally caring person who loves to help and encourage others; he consistently demonstrated a solid service orientation towards our regular staff employees.
As you can tell by now, I am quite impressed with this outstanding young man and give him my strongest recommendation for roles which require intelligence, organization, communication skills, service, and a positive attitude.
Please feel free to contact me if you need additional information or perspective.
Sincerely,
Tenishia Ramsey
